Santa Rita is located in the western half of El Salvador near the mountain ranges of Ataco & Apaneca. The soil is very fertile due to the volcanic region. This coffee is natural processed with the beans laid out on large clay patios to sun dry.
This coffee cups a smooth caramelized honey sweetness, with a creamy body, rich aroma and no bitterness.
